Yes. You decide whether to identify yourself. If you choose anonymity, we don't ask your name and we don't record your IP address. Neither the company nor SesmtHub can identify you.
Will the company know who I am? +
No, unless you choose to identify yourself. The channel is operated independently; the company receives the content of the report, not your identity.
What happens after I file a report? +
You receive a personal protocol number. With it, you can track progress, respond to questions and add new information at any time.
Can I follow up and add evidence later? +
Yes. Use the protocol in the Track section to see the status, communicate with the team and attach new documents — while keeping your anonymity.
Who reviews the reports? +
An independent, trained team affiliated with the ethics/compliance area, bound by confidentiality and free from conflicts of interest with those involved.
