For small and medium businesses

A whistleblowing channel sized for your company.

The legal obligation is the same as a large company's — your budget is not. SesmtHub puts a complete channel live in a few days, with no installation and no dedicated team.

Why now

The law does not separate SMEs from multinationals

1

Same obligations

Companies with a CIPA need a whistleblowing channel (Law 14.457/22), and every company with CLT employees must manage psychosocial risks (NR-1) — size does not exempt you.

2

Real labour-law risk

Without a channel, a report becomes hallway talk — and later, a labour claim. Records, protocol codes and documented responses reduce the risk.

3

No dedicated structure

SMEs have no compliance officer. The channel must run on its own: clear triage, visible deadlines and everything in one simple panel.

How it works

Live in a few days, with no IT project

Ready to use

No installation and no servers: your report page with the company brand, a QR code and a link to share.

Every channel

Website, app and WhatsApp with AI — whoever reports picks the path, and everything lands in the same panel.

Real anonymity

Anonymous by default, no IP tracking, LGPD-compliant. A protocol code and password let people follow the answer without exposure.

SME pricing

Plans from R$ 397/month with everything included. No setup fee and no billing surprises.

FAQ

Questions SME owners ask

My company is small. Do I really need a channel? +
If the company has a CIPA, the channel is required by Law 14.457/22. Even without one, NR-1 demands psychosocial risk management, and the channel is the simplest way to identify those risks — while protecting the company in labour disputes.
How much does it cost? +
From R$ 397/month, by employee-count tier, with all channels and features included. The DRPS report is billed separately, when you need it.
Do I need someone to operate the channel? +
No. The panel was built for teams without compliance staff: e-mail notifications, visible deadlines and replies from the panel itself. If you prefer, a partner SESMT consultancy can operate it for you.
How does anonymity work in practice? +
Reports are anonymous by default: we do not log IPs or require identification. The reporter gets a protocol code and password to follow the answer without exposing themselves.
